Langley, also known as "Langley by the Sea", is a small seaside village with a population of around 1,000 residents. The main street is lined with quaint specialty shops, bed and breakfasts, art galleries and restaurants for shopping, dining and exploring this quaint village. From various locations along the main street there are breathtaking views of Saratoga Passage, and neighboring islands. Langley is a great starting point for exploring Whidbey island. |
