Starting from the Seattle Metro Area. Take I-5 north to Exit 189. Follow signs for the Mukilteo / Clinton ferry. Take the ferry to Clinton on Whidbey Island (20 minute ride). Follow Hwy. 525 north to the first traffic signal, turn right on Langley Rd. and continue to downtown Langley.
